Factions/Teams can be created. I will provide you a form you will be filling out. Then, I'll see if I would accept your team or not. Factions are for events and group battles. Factions may also battle with other factions. Lastly, a faction cannot be signed in a tournament unless the host says they can. Remember, factions can only battle with an NPC, Event Enemy or another faction.
