You can get parts for every +500PL you gain. For example, I have 300PL and in one battle I gained 500PL. I can now get one part. This cycle repeats again and again.

A new 4D wheel which has 3 wings and 6 protrusions on each wing making it very good for smash attack, although it suffers so much recoil.
